Yes. We hold CSLB license #992032 active in three classifications (C-36 Plumbing, C-4 Boiler/Hot-Water Heating, C-42 Sanitation Systems), full Workers' Compensation coverage on every employee, and General Liability plus Umbrella Insurance at commercial-property-management limits. What plumbing services do you provide?
We provide a complete range of residential and commercial plumbing services including water heater installation and repair, tankless water heaters, 24/7 emergency plumbing, leak detection and repair, drain and clog services, slab leak repair, sewer line repair, gas line installation, backflow testing, and full bathroom and kitchen remodels.
Do you handle HOA and commercial properties?
Yes. We are a recognized and contracted vendor in the ASSOCIA HOA-management network, which pre-qualifies us for HOA-managed properties under their portfolio. We also work with restaurants, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties under our C-36 commercial plumbing and C-4 boiler/hot-water classifications. HOA managers and commercial customers can request a Certificate of Insurance before scheduling.
Are your technicians manufacturer-certified?
Yes. Our technicians hold current manufacturer certifications for Navien (Silver-tier Rewards status), Rinnai (residential and commercial ACE), Noritz, A.O. Smith, Rheem, and Bradford White water heaters and tankless systems. Manufacturer certification matters because only certified installers can perform warranty service — hiring a non-certified plumber on a covered unit can void the manufacturer warranty.
