Our water heater started making some weird hissing noises yesterday, so we immediately called and tech came out within an hour (on Easter Sunday!). He didn’t charge for the service call, but did note that we needed to replace the unit since it was leaking. I was able to have someone (Pablo) come out today and replace it this morning. He was professional, prompt, and efficient. He kept me also posted on some additional charges that would be necessary To keep everything to code. The technician, Hristo, went above and beyond by quickly arranging the installation on a Sunday, as he understood the importance of restoring hot water as quickly as possible.  He was efficient, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner.  He communicated well throughout the process, explaining what was needed and what the process would be.
