We called Plumbing Care Inc to get a second opinion on an expensive main line repair. The technician Andre was courteous and knowledgeable, and the estimate was free. We haven’t actually done the work yet, so this review is just for the estimate visit.
I like that they texted a Picture of the person coming to do the work and also some information about the person and his contact info.He was very professional and friendly.

It wasn't just the quality of work he put into our home, but the care he gave in providing that service and the top tier materials for our specific needs. This is not cookie cutter work. They respond quickly, worked well with our home warranty, communicated frequently and provided text message appointment information. We understand why Care is in their name, and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

He did a great job replacing our water heater and ensuring that it worked properly after the installation. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies that were trying to charge us way too much.I also liked that they were very clear about the services they provided and patient while explaining.
Excellent service and availability! Same day service, plumber showed up within scheduled time frame. They replaced my toilet within 1 hr. The craftmanship is clean. Spotless! My only regret is that I didn't call Plumbing Care sooner. Highly recommended!
We have used Plumbing Care many times, always pleased with their work. Carlos was our plumbing tech today and he did a great job for us. We needed to replace some old pipes and it was a big job. Carlos was very patient and explained what needed to be done in the simplest way. He provided an accurate cost estimate and took pics before, during, and after. He nailed it! He worked all day and into the night in our crawl space. I encourage you to use Plumbing Care and I hope you get Carlos assigned to your job.
Had Lupe do our bathroom install of vessels (sinks on top of countertop) and replace a part in our bathtub, and did all the plumbing for our sinks. Great guy to work with. I’d recommend them. We now have a great long time plumber!
